Booking Process

To secure your reservation, we kindly request an advance booking payment of 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% of the total amount can be settled on the day of your arrival. This allows for a hassle-free check-in process, as you won't need to worry about any outstanding payments upon your arrival.

Extra Beds

For all room types, extra beds can be added,Fees for extra beds are not included in the total and must be paid at the hotel.

Check-In/Check-Out

The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with homestay phone number. You can contact the homestay directly for early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by Sumit Residency.

Child Policies

At Sumit Residency, children of all ages are welcome to stay and enjoy their hospitality. Children below the age of 10 can stay for free, while those aged between 11 to 18 years are charged a fee of Rs. 500/-. Adults above 18 years are charged a fee of Rs. 700/-. Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made before 45 days of the booking, a full refund will be given. However, if the cancellation is made after 30 days of the booking, only a 50% refund will be given. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days or 1 month before the booking, no refund will be given. In the case of a no-show or sudden cancellation, no refund will be given at all. It is important to keep these policies in mind when making a booking and to plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience or financial loss.
